We are looking for support as soon as possible in the following role:
Group Manager Production Planning (m/f/d)
for our production site in Haag i.OB.

Your mission

  • Technical management of the Work Planning department at the Haag site
  • Make-or-buy decisions, taking feasibility assessments into account
  • Planning and managing production orders
  • Ensuring products are manufactured on schedule
  • Preparing complete work plans and bills of materials in the ERP system
  • Outsourcing of parts based on technical drawings
  • Responsibility for the timely internal logistical flow of materials and goods
  • Procurement of raw materials and shared responsibility for the raw materials store
  • Systematic analysis, design, planning and optimisation of work processes

Your profile

  • Completed technical training, e.g. as a precision engineering mechanic (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d) or experience in technical procurement
  • Further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) in the metalworking sector is desirable
  • At least 3 years’ management experience in the relevant field
  • Commercial knowledge would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (ideally AMS)
  • Good leadership qualities
  • Experience with Lean principles
  • Written and spoken English skills would be an advantage
