We are looking for support as soon as possible in the following role:
Accountant (m/f/d)
for our headquarter in Amerang

Your mission

  • Deputy Head of the Accounting Department
  • Independently preparing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Managing fixed asset accounting
  • Submitting advance VAT returns and statistical returns
  • Intercompany reconciliation / collaboration with overseas subsidiaries (USA, Thailand)
  • Preparation of business analyses and reports
  • Assistance with the preparation of cost calculations, budget planning and cost centre accounting
  • Review and authorisation of payment transactions
  • Further development and optimisation of existing processes and workflows

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d)
  • Relevant professional experience in financial/accounting or in a comparable role
  • Initial experience in team leadership
  • Knowledge of employment law would be an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently and a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
