We are looking for support as soon as possible in the following role:
Senior Manager HSQE (m/f/d)
for our headquarter in Amerang

Your mission

  • Technical management of key HSQE areas (e.g. health and safety, environmental protection, quality management) and acting as deputy to the head of department
  • Further development, maintenance and effectiveness assessment of the QMS as Quality Management Representative 
  • Planning, conducting and following up on internal audits; managing external audits; including action management
  • Assisting with the implementation of occupational health and safety requirements in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (ArbSchG), the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV), the Industrial Safety Regulation and relevant standards
  • Ensuring the conformity of products/systems in accordance with relevant EU directives and regulations
  • Managing the creation, maintenance and versioning of technical documents
  • Coordinating legal and compliance matters with external partners 
  • Advising managers on HSQE regulations and best practices; preparing guidelines

Your profile

  • A degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Several years’ experience in the HSQE/QM field within an industrial company, ideally in mechanical engineering
  • Experience as a CE representative for conformity assessment and risk assessment
  • Fluency in German, good command of English
  • A persuasive, collaborative leadership style and strong ability to deliver results
  • Desirable:
    • Certifications as a QMB/Auditor (ISO 9001)
    • Experience in occupational health and safety/environmental protection
    • Experience in technical documentation
    • Initial management experience or a deputy management role
